BETHESDA, MD (September 17, 2018) – International trade show organizer E.J. Krause & Associates, Inc. (EJK) and Tarsus Group plc, the international business-to-business media group, announce that they have agreed to the terms for Tarsus to acquire the remaining 50% owned joint venture in Mexico.

E.J. Krause & Associates will continue to work as an organizer in the Mexico market. Ned Krause, CEO of E.J. Krause said “It’s our full intention to remain in the Mexican market. We are going to continue to work hand in hand with Tarsus on possible new ventures. We will expand our portfolio in the country by acquiring other events in a collaborative way.”

Further, “E.J. Krause & Associates & Tarsus Group still own a 60% share of Expo Restaurantes,” the recently acquired Mexican foodservice event.

E.J. Krause & Associates has already begun expanding its U.S. portfolio and continues to rapidly expand business throughout Asia, specifically in China, Japan, Korea and Thailand.

Just recently EJK announced the launch of the Southeast Asia nonwovens event, Southeast Asia Nonwovens and Disposable Hygiene Technology Exhibition & Conference (ANDTEX), that will take place in Thailand May 2019.
